The C2162H roller chain is the largest standard-sized double-pitch conveyor chain with enlarged rollers. A chains bushing can cause internal wear on the pin and roller surfaces; solid bushings have the most extended wear life and best performance compared to the "standard" split bushing configuration found in other chains. Quad-staked rivets dramatically improve the sidebars' holding power; this is particularly important on the C2162H chain since, in most cases, the chain will experience load directly on top of it or to the side of it, especially in slat conveyors! Each component in this chain has undergone specific and unique manufacturing processes such as special heat treatments, shot peening, and more to ensure it is a genuine tier-one chain.
