ANSI & Metric Roller Chains![]()
We produce ANSI sizes 25 through 240 and metric sizes 04B through 56B. These chains are available in single-row (simplex) to eight-row (octuplet) configurations.
API & Oilfield Chains![]()
API Certified roller chains are used within the oil and gas industries and conform to American Petroleum Institute standards.
Stainless Steel Chains![]()
DUROCHAIN stainless steel roller chains are made from high-quality 304-grade stainless steel. These chains are used in corrosive, abrasive, and food-grade applications. We stock ANSI and Metric sizes in simplex and duplex configurations; however, we can produce these chains in up to six-strand wide configurations.
Coated and Plated Chains![]()
We offer roller chains with zinc plating, nickel plating, an anti-corrosive coating, and chain color options (blue, black, or yellow).
Multi-Strand Roller Chains![]()
At DUROCHAIN, we have the capability of producing roller chains in strand lengths up to twelve wide on most sizes, we can also add attachments or produce these chains from specified materials.
Double Pitch & Straight Sidebar Chains![]()
Double-pitch roller chains are designed to have double the pitch of their single-pitch counterpart. For example, the C2080H roller chain has a 2" pitch while the #80 chain has a 1" pitch, and both share the same roller diameter, pin diameter, and roller width dimensions. Additionally, we can produce straight sidebar single-pitch chains in ANSI and Metric sizes.
Hollow Pin Roller Chains![]()
Hollow pin roller chains are made with a hollow area where the pin typically goes. These chains are offered in Metric and ANSI sizes and are available in stainless, carbon, coated, or plated options.
Attachment Roller Chains![]()
Attachment roller chains are chains with specified attachments located at specified intervals or configurations. We supply the full lineup of standard attachments (including tabs and extended pins) and custom attachments to meet OEM requirements. DUROCHAIN attachment chains are available in carbon and stainless material options as well as plated or coated options.
Problem-Solving Roller Chains
Problem-solving roller chains are a class of chains engineered to solve common industry application problems such as; corrosion, strength, lubrication, and other circumstances. The below chain types are our capabilities for problem-solver chains:
Double-Capacity Roller Chains![]()
Double-Capacity roller chains are designed for high-load drive and lifting applications, these chains feature a larger pin and an extra set of side plates to increase capacity. The benefits of this chain type are that you can use a standard simplex sprocket, and they have a narrower footprint than a duplex chain.
Poly-Steel Chains![]()
Poly-steel roller chains are uniquely made with plastic poly block links and 304 stainless pins and outer side plates. These chains are preferred in light-duty medical, scientific, and food-grade applications.
CLOUT High-Strength Stainless Chains![]()
The CLOUT series DUROCHAINS is a high-strength, fully stainless steel roller chain that exhibits the same tensile strength as its carbon steel counterparts.
Side-Bow Roller Chains![]()
Side bow roller chains are designed for conveying products around a radius, their side flexing capabilities make it possible to utilize a roller chain for conveyors that make turns and bends.
Self-Lubricating Roller Chains![]()
DUROCHAIN self-lubricating roller chains utilize special bushings and pins that provide a low-friction metal-on-metal surface that releases a minute amount of lubrication when needed throughout the life of the chain. These chains are used in hard-to-access locations and in scenarios where grease or oil can't get onto the product from the chain.
High & Low-Temp Chains![]()
In harsh applications like freezers or ovens, we offer a DUROCHAIN capable of high and low temperatures.
O-Ring Roller Chains![]()
O-Ring roller chains are designed with a special o-ring placed within the chain that prevents unwanted debris or contaminants from getting into the internal components of the chain, the o-rings also hold all of the chain lubrication in. These chains are ideal for dirty or dusty applications or applications that are difficult to access for relubrication. We offer O-Ring roller chains in standard carbon steel or stainless steel.
Transfer-Top Chains![]()
Transfer chains are designed for transferring products directly on the chain. The flat top provides a reliable surface for products without the need for added attachments; these chains simplify complicated conveying when they are able to be used in an application.

Pin-Oven Chains![]()
Pin oven chains are designed for conveying thin-walled containers such as cans or bottles. We offer pin oven chains in stainless steel, nickel plated, self-lubricating, side flexing, and with various rod lengths and tip options.
Accumulator Chains![]()
Accumulator conveyor chains are designed to convey products on the rollers; the chain allows the product to be stopped and accumulated while the chain maintains a consistent linear speed. We supply accumulator chains made from carbon steel, stainless steel, and with plastic rollers.
Rubber-Top Chains![]()
Rubber-top roller chains are made for applications conveying finished wood products, glass, synthetic panels, and other sensitive materials. Their design eliminates the "marking" of materials and provides sufficient grip for incline conveyors. We offer rubber-top chains in an array of sizes with specific rubber-top profiles.
Agricultural Chains![]()
Agricultural chains are used in combines, harvesters, planters, spreaders, bailers, and forge wagons. We supply agricultural chains with various attachments to suit the OEM's needs and with optional self-lubricating features or chrome-hardened pins.
Leaf Chains![]()
DUROCHAIN leaf chains are constructed from the best quality raw steel materials, we supply AL, BL, and LL series leaf chains up to 20-lacings and up to pitch sizes 2.5".
Large-Pitch Conveyor Chains![]()
Our large pitch conveyor chains are used in applications like; bucket elevating, mining, aggregate, automotive manufacturing, and more! We supply chains up to 36" pitch lengths and with specific attachments or features such as self-lubricating, wash-down, and chrome-hardened pins.
Table-Top Base Chains![]()
Table-top base chains are made in a specific way that allows for top plates to be fastened directly to the chain. These chains are available as straight-running or side-flexing and can be made from carbon steel or stainless steel.
Sharp-Top Chains![]()
Sharp-top roller chains are designed with "spikes" or stickers on top of the chain's side plates. These chains are used in various applications within lumber mills for transporting anything from boards to whole logs. We offer a wide variety of sharp-top configurations, including standard and custom.
