Connecting links are also commonly known as master links; their sole purpose is to connect two ends of a roller chain. DUORCHAIN 120H heavy connecting links are equipped with specific features to ensure strength, durability, and fatigue resistance. This 120H connecting link is precision manufactured from the best-grade steel alloys, with shot-peened and heat-treated components for the best performance. We also implemented a through-hardened pin for the most demanding 120H applications and a unique quad-stake rivet on the opposing side of the retaining cotter keys. In addition, 120H connecting links are only used with 120H roller chains. Precision made from AISI steel alloy and hardened to a specific HRC, our unique max contour side plates provide the highest shock load absorption and most extended wear life! The unique design adds additional material to the plate while maintaining the dimensional requirements of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). DUROCHAIN max contour side plates add strength and wear life to their accompanied chain assembly compared to the standard side plates used by other tier-one chains.

• Unique Rivets -

On a connecting link, these unique rivets provide superior holding power and high side load capacity. Coupled with a high-grade spring clip for retaining on the opposing side, our connecting links are designed to withstand demanding applications.
